Shipping

For our soap orders, we primarily ship via USPS Priority Mail to ensure your package arrives quickly and reliably.

We've found that purchasing a set of 8 soaps offers you the best value for shipping. A set of 8 soaps ships for $11 to anywhere in the continental USA. We do not charge a 'handling' fee and we pay for packaging products. 

Good to know: If you're looking to purchase just 2 or 3 soaps, the shipping cost will remain the same at approximately $12. This is because our shipping rates are determined by the size of the Priority Mail box, not just the weight of individual soaps.

If your order includes more than 8 soaps, we'll need to use a larger Priority Mail box to accommodate your purchase. In this case, the shipping cost will be determined based on the total size and weight of your order.

Important: To ensure you get the most accurate shipping cost for orders over 8 soaps, please contact us before you complete your purchase. This way, we can provide you with the exact shipping cost and make sure your order is processed smoothly. We want to make sure you get your soaps without any surprises on shipping! Currently, we don't offer international shipping as a standard option due to the high costs involved. However, if you live outside the United States and are interested in our products, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'd be happy to look into the possibility of making an exception depending on your country and the associated shipping expenses.

As a small business owner, my main goal is for you to be absolutely delighted with your handcrafted items. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we aren't able to offer exchanges or refunds. We encourage you to choose carefully and reach out with any questions before placing your order to ensure you'll be happy with your selections!

We know you're excited to receive your order! We aim to ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail within 24-48 hours of your purchase. This means your handcrafted goods will be on their way to you as quickly as possible.

Once your order is entrusted to USPS and you receive a tracking number, it's officially out of our hands and becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. While we pour our hearts into creating your items, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged by USPS.

In the rare event of a shipping delay, your best first step is to contact your local post office directly with your tracking information. They'll be able to provide the most up-to-date information and assistance.
