Please note that all orders in the USA are final due to the nature of my handmade products. Unfortunately, I do not currently accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to my policy. However, if you receive the wrong product, I will make it right and ensure that you receive the correct item as soon as possible. To avoid any inconvenience, please take the time to carefully review your order and ask any questions before making a purchase. Your satisfaction is my top priority, and I appreciate your understanding in this matter.

I'm committed to offering high-quality, handmade soaps at affordable prices. However, recent tariffs and rising costs of natural oils and butters have made it challenging for me to maintain my current pricing.

Please note that the prices on my website are currently stable, but I want to be transparent with you - there's a possibility that prices may increase in the future. To ensure you get the best value, I recommend placing your order now to avoid any potential price hikes.

Shipping Information

I currently offer shipping within the USA via USPS Priority Mail. My standard shipping packages include prepaid bubble mailer envelopes and medium/large size boxes. International Shipping

We do not ship to most countries outside of the USA. However, I can consider special requests on a case-by-case basis.

Large Quantity Orders

Package Delivery and Liability

Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier and a tracking number is provided, it is no longer under my control. As a small business, I am not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If you experience any issues, please contact your local post office for assistance.
