SHOP POLICIES

As a hobbyist soapmaker, my goal is to make sure you are satisfied and happy to use my artisan soaps. A lot of love, attention to detail, time and money and time is spent on getting the raw natural materials, molds, tools, fragrances, essential oils, designing, creating, labeling, cutting, photographing and shipping.  

All orders in USA are final due to the nature of the product sold and currently I do not accept any returns, refunds and exchanges. By purchasing you are agreeing to this policy. However in the unlikely event that you are sent the wrong product, we will make it right to you. So please choose carefully or ask questions before you purchase. 

SHIPPING: 

-I ship only with USPS priority mail to USA only. These are comprised of a bubble mailer envelope and/or a medium or large size boxes. Please contact me for correct pricing before ordering.  

-I carefully pack 6-8  soaps in a box and place it in the bubble mailer.  The cost is $10 to continental USA for a bubble mailer with USPS priority. Currently I do not ship overseas. 

For larger quantities of soaps please contact me before ordering.  

SHIPPING TIME: 

I ship within 24-48 hours with USPS priority mail to USA only. 

LOSS OR THEFT OF ANY PACKAGE: 

Once your order is handed over to the shipping company and a tracking number provided to you, the package is no longer under my purview and no longer my responsibility but it is the shipper company's responsibility to get the package to you safely.  I hold no responsibility if your package is delayed, lost, stolen, damaged by the USPS carrier.  If there is a shipping delay, please contact your local post office. I would love to hear that you got your package, so please shoot me a line when you receive your package.
